We are proud of our service availability record and have an Uptime Guarantee in place to prove it.

Service performance is constantly monitored. If we see a server under performing, we will take immediate steps to upgrade or replace the hardware. Unlike some other hosts, we NEVER overcrowd our servers.

OUR GUARANTEE
If your account uptime for any one month falls below 99% without advance notice from us, You can claim a full refund for that month.
In the event of uptime falling below 99% you will receive an email from support@speed-host advising you of this.

We endeavor to give advance notice of any scheduled maintenance or anticipated downtime. Announcements will be posted in the news section of the client area
